To help ensure concentration and meditation, monks will focus on their malas, running the beads through their fingers as they focus on a prayer. Some of the more Eastern-minded Garou have adapted a similar process.
The Garou must first have a mala: a beaded necklace with 180 beads, made with care with the string knotted between each bead. The Garou must then clear their mind and focus on the mala, contemplating each bead as it runs through his fingers. If he does this for at least an hour before he makes a Meditation roll, he gains one die to the roll.
NOTE: This Rite is currently proprietary to Heather, though it's possible someone else could have developed the same rite. Please talk to Luna before taking this rite.
